Abstract Submission

The deadline for abstract submission has expired on December 6, 2025.

Notification of abstract acceptance or rejection will be sent by January 31, 2026.

  1. Please note that each registrant may be selected for only one oral presentation and/or only one poster presentation.
  2. The Scientific Committee will select submissions for oral or poster presentations. In some cases, one oral and one poster presentation may be approved.
  3. Please note that the Scientific Committee reserve the right to change your selection between a POSTER or an ORAL Presentation based on the abstract submitted.

Thanks to an agreement with Trans Tech Publications Ltd, the Extended Abstracts of the contributions presented at the Conference (which will be collected in a following step), will be published in one of the following Scopus indexed periodicals of Scientific.Net:
Solid State Phenomena, Defect and Diffusion Forum, Key Engineering Materials, Materials Science Forum and Advances in Science and Technology.

Special Issue of IPP

We are pleased to announce that we will be publishing a special issue of International Polymer Processing, the scientific journal of the PPS Society (impact factor of 1.9), dedicated to the PPS41 Conference. Submissions will be made after the conference (deadline to be defined), following the normal journal submission procedure. All contributions will be peer reviewed as per the journal’s normal policy. Please note that a limited number of contributions can be accepted for the special issue. The call for interest will be launched after the publication of the conference program.
